Section 213
<br> ordering the defendant to appear
In accordance with section 212, the court hearing the appeal shall, within fifteen days of receiving the missal from the lower court, hear the matter whether or not the case should be heard by subpoenaing the defendant according to the request of the appellant.
(2) If the decision made by the lower court during the hearing according to sub-section (1) does not appear to be different, the court hearing the appeal shall decide accordingly.
(3) If it appears that the decision made by the lower court may be different during the hearing in accordance with sub-section (1), the court hearing the appeal shall order the defendant to be brought for an open hearing.
